The Client must provide answers to the assessment questions along with supporting evidence within specified timelines. After receiving the responses and documentation, the QROC team will review them, assign an assessment score, and identify any gaps or missing controls. The QROC team will share these reported issues with the Client and work on remediation within a defined timeline. . The Client assessment is initiated by the QROC team. This phase involves confirming Client organizational details and points of contact within Client organization.
